Shipping policy

To Local Metro Vancouver or other neighbor cities, it only takes 1 or 2 business days to be delivered.

Once the order has been shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation including the package tracking number. We make no guarantees and will accept no liability for a longer shipping time frame.

For the packages shipping to within British Columbia (BC). We will charge flat shipping fee according to order amount as follows:

Free shipping when order is over $65;

$9.90 when order is between $45 and $65;

$14.90 when order is less than $45;

For the packages shipping to all other Canadian Provinces, Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon. We will charge flat shipping fee according to order amount as follows:

Free shipping when order is over $89;

$14.90 when order is between $55 and $89;

$18.90 when order is less than $55;

For the provinces of NT, YT and NU, we will charge extra $5. We currently don't accept orders outsite Canada.

Please check your shipping address carefully.

ATTENTION: We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer when placing the order. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid address. For incorrect addresses, we do not offer resend or replace order.

All pricing, taxes, shipping rates, etc are listed and executed in Canadian Dollars.

Return policy

Items may be returned within 7 days after order is delivered. Candies are all final sale.

Please note we are not responsible for return postage costs. In addition you will be charged a $10 for payment refund fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable), once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a certain amount of days.
